  • Summary: After graduating in General Surgery, Doctor Charvet devoted all his attention to the upper limb surgery, and shoulder surgery in particular, as evidenced by his doctoral thesis in medicine dedicated to clinical and arthroscanographic results of Bankart interventions under arthroscopy. To enrich his professional competence, Remi has obtained his diplomas in Anatomy and Imaging, Embryology and Morphogenesis, Surgical Pathology of Hip and also Arthroscopy. In connection with his activity in Corela Clinic, complementary studies of forensic medicine and medical evaluation have followed. The professional experience of Doctor Charvet includes an activity in trauma orthopedics service, general surgery, emergency, orthopedic surgery in children, hand surgery as well as 5 years in the service of a former president of the French Arthroscopy Society, Professor Henry Coudane. Today Remi performs over 400 shoulder interventions annually, while being an active associate member of the French Society of Shoulder and Elbow, and many others such as the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), the French Arthroscopy Society, French Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology.
